The Mayor is elected every four
years; he presides over meetings of the Board of Commissioners, and his
current term expires in 2009.

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The Board of Commissioners is elected
every four years and generally meets on the first and third Wednesday
of each month.
The Mayor and Board serve four-year
"staggered terms;" that is, the Mayor and two Commissioners are elected
in 2009, and three Commissioners are elected in 2011, etc.
